You may have seen my Wednesday and Sunday group sound meditations, but there's another side to Sounds Divine!

My individual sessions offer a more personal experience, beginning with a bio-sound assessment and using a range of instruments including singing bowls, gongs tuning forks and other various instruments.

Singing bowls can be placed on the clothed body, allowing you to feel their vibrations as well as hear them.

Whether you're looking for deep relaxation, some relief from the stress of everyday life, or simply curious about experiencing sound in a different way, a 1:1 session gives you dedicated time just for you. 💛

This morning was the "Kal B***y Gals" Pink Bloom Sound Meditation" session 🩷 It was a relaxing morning, bathing in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs and gentle chimes followed by nibbles & cheer 🥂. The room was decorated with pink touches 🪷thanks to Beck & Lisa🫶.

A big thank you again, to all the Kal B***y Gals for $500 raised and donated 🙏 for breast cancer research ###.
