Captured this incredible and mysterious moment before my soul quest

In awe of the way the river mirrors the forest, creating what feels like a portal into another world 🪾🌿 🧚🏻‍♀️

23/10/2026

Today I set off to begin my solo quest 🌿

I’ll be spending time alone, in nature, stepping away from everyday distractions to make space for stillness, deep listening and presence. Going inward
Fasting, only on water 💦

Part of what calls me into this Vision Quest is the power of myself to this sacred time to simply be. To surrender to the quiet of my soul and make room for the wisdom within me to come through

There is something so tender in knowing this land, with its river and mountains, will hold me as l listen within, honour what arises and receive the insights that will be revealed as I sit beside this river, feeling the earth beneath me

My intention is to listen for what needs tending, surrender and stay open to what is ready to emerge and welcome the gifts, the medicine within to shine through ✨

Trusting this path with all of me 🌿🙏🏻

See you on the other side…

New Signage Is Up!

It’s with a full heart, I welcome you into this new chapter

Nature Of You Holistic Healing 🌿

This new name reflects how my work has grown, bringing together my love of Yoga, Reiki, Lomi Lomi Massage and Forest Therapy, with nature based, and inspired practices at its core and deep connection at its heart.

My intention is to hold a warm, nurturing space where you can arrive exactly as you are. Somewhere to slow down, feel held, supported, reconnect with your body”s own inner wisdom to hear what you need.

Sharing this next chapter brings me so much joy. Whether you’ve been part of my journey for years or are finding your way here for the first time, you are warmly welcome

Thank you for being here,, i look forward to sharing it with you.

With love & connection 🧡🙏🏻

MESSAGE FROM GAIA 💚🌿

Hidden Path
The marriage of spirit and matter

You have travelled far in search of greater meaning and fulfilment, having made much progress and learning valuable lessons. You want to continue your journey, but the road seems to have come to an end. Where do you go to from here?
The symbolic imagery on this card is set within a magical forest: it seems inviting, yet the way forward is not dear.
No physical path exists, however there is a way forward.

Between the trees is a symbol for eternal life and to the right, a symbol for healing and protection. This card is inviting you to move forward spiritually and offers you healing and protection along the way. Spirit and matter must now merge if true progress is to be made; your rational mind must align with your heart. When heart and mind are both focused on the same goal, great things are possible. This is true spiritual alchemy; all you work towards can now be achieved.

Affirmation ✨

My heart and mind are in perfect alignment
My heart's desire and my thoughts
are one
I am a spiritual being in a physical body
The journey ahead is filled with light The light of my soul illuminates my path…💫

A little space to tend to your heart 🤍

With all that we carry, it’s easy to forget that we need tenderness, too.

I have spaces available this week for Reiki Energy Clearing and Lomi Lomi Massage

An invitation to slow down, soften and receive some care.
Whether you’re drawn to the quiet stillness of Reiki or the flowing, nurturing touch of Lomi Lomi, you’re welcome just as you are.

Allow yourself a little of the love you so freely give to others.

Message me to find a time for you 🌿

Returning from a few days away

There’s something so deeply nourishing about returning to beautiful Gloucester and immersing myself in the flowing waters of the Barrington River. 🌀
A place where the land holds me, the water feels like medicine, and my soul is quenched.

This place truly fills my heart every time

Giving myself permission to slow down, surrender to nature’s rhythms, reconnect with Mother Earth and remember the essence of who I am.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes all we need is to return to nature to come home to ourselves. 🌿💚

The beauty of noticing…

Sometimes nature invites us to slow down, to soften our gaze and notice the little things we so often pass by.

A delicate flower, a moment of stillness, the beauty of life quietly unfolding.
A gentle reminder that we, too, are always blossoming.
Growing, opening and unfolding in our own beautiful time.
There is no need to rush the process.
Just as nature does, we bloom when we are ready.

Pause. Notice. Breathe.

There is so much beauty in the little things
🌸🌿.
