Thank you Heart of the Rose 🌹 for holding us on these beautiful lands. We just loved sharing our workshop in the Quan Yin tent yesterday.

Feeling so grateful to be connecting with such beautiful women 💛

Wales, you have my heart ♡

We began at St Winefred’s Holy Well, a natural spring of healing. But it was the forest and ancient trees that have been so special, particularly Hafren Forest 🌳 Sitting under the trees here was magical, said to be the home of the goddess Hafren, a goddess of fertility and the feminine.

The first part of our journey, in Ireland✨

St Brigid’s well, Di**le Peninsula, Cliffs of Moher, Fairy Portals, The Hill of Uisneach; the resting place of the sovereignty and earth goddess Ériu and the magical Grange Stone Circle.

Julia and I are delighted to be facilitating a workshop at the Heart of the Rose festival in the UK in September ✨

The Kindness Tree & The Magic Dragon 🌈

I’ve been loving seeing what my preschool students have been creating in Happy Little Thinkers.

A Kindness Tree that blossoms with our kind words and actions.

And, the Magic Dragon who helps us through times of change. These little students are learning how to use their meditation tools to prepare them for big school next year ✨

Well done, Little Thinkers! I love hearing your insightful reflections and seeing creativity flourish 🩵

Great things come in tiny packages ✨

It’s been such a special time meeting my new preschool students for my Happy Little Thinker meditation program 🌈 The children brought their Magic Friend to life last week, a little friend to help them regulate during guided meditation.

I’ve received some beautiful feedback. Educators have said several of the children have been asking excitedly, ‘Is it Meredith day?’ Cute 🥰
