Hello — we're Northern Rivers Care Network.

We provide 1:1 NDIS support across Ballina, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Alstonville, Goonellabah, Lismore and the suburbs around them. Our team is based here, and travels up to about an hour.

What we do: personal care, assistance with daily living, community access, social and community participation, transport, meal preparation, light household tasks, skill development and independence, school pick-up and after-school support, and non-clinical medication prompting.

A few things worth saying up front:

• We are an unregistered NDIS provider. We support self-managed and plan-managed plans, not NDIA-managed ones.
• We work with people aged 9 and up.
• Our team is fully insured and has NDIS worker screening and compliance checks in place.
• We reply to every enquiry within one business day.
• We're accepting new participants right now.

The idea behind all of it is simple: the same familiar workers, turning up when they said they would.
