πŸ’š TAKE A MOMENT FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH πŸ’š
🌸 Need a little breather? A moment for yourself? Or just an excuse to get out of the house and connect with others?

We’re in Ilfracombe at the park this morning until MIDDAY! 🌼

The rain has passed, the weather is a little cooler, and it’s a perfect day to get outside, slow down and do something good for your mental health. πŸ’š

Come on down and: 🌷 Smell the flowers and take home a beautiful bouquet. πŸ’š Make a little heart for yourself or someone special. 🎨 Get creative and try something new. πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ Go for a swim. πŸ› Let the kids loose on the playground. 🌭 Grab a sausage and have a chat!

And if you're feeling like stretching your legs, why not take a wander along the Machinery Mile while the weather is cooler? πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŒΏ

Sometimes looking after our mental health isn't about doing something big. It's about getting outside, having a laugh, connecting with our community or simply taking a little time for ourselves.

πŸ’š You matter. Your mental health matters. And you don't have to do it all alone.

Bring the kids, bring a friend, or come on your own. Everyone is welcome!

πŸ“ Ilfracombe Park ⏰ Here until midday today!
Come down, say hello and spend a little time looking after YOU. 🌸
