Sometimes we think we’re avoiding love, but really, we’re protecting ourselves from being hurt again.

You might want a relationship, connection and love, but still find yourself choosing unavailable people, pulling away when things get serious, or telling yourself you’re better off on your own.

These patterns usually have a deeper story behind them.
The first step is recognising the pattern and understanding what’s really driving it.

Sometimes healing means becoming more aware of what feels good for you and what leaves you feeling drained.

When you start noticing the people, environments and situations that affect your energy, it’s a sign to slow down, reconnect with yourself and create more balance.

Energy rebalancing with me is about helping you release what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself and restore a sense of calm and balance.

If you’ve been feeling drained, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself, this may be exactly what you need.

What you actually get when you work with me is more than just a coaching session.

It’s having someone sit with you, listen to what’s really going on and help you understand why you keep struggling with the same thoughts, patterns and beliefs.

Together, we work on the deeper blocks affecting your confidence, self-worth and anxiety, using a combination of EFT, timeline therapy, mindset work, mindfulness and energy rebalancing.

The goal is to help you feel more confident, clear, balanced and connected to yourself again.

If you’re ready to start putting yourself first, DM me RESET.

Sometimes the reason you lack confidence isn’t just about confidence.

There can be deeper limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and patterns that have been affecting the way you see yourself and show up in your life.

My mental wellness coaching helps you work through what’s been holding you back, get to the root of those beliefs, realign your energy and find more balance within yourself and your life.

If you’re ready to start putting yourself first, DM me RESET.

One of the biggest misconceptions about meditation is that you’re supposed to stop your thoughts.

You’re not.

Your mind produces thoughts just like your heart beats. It’s what it was designed to do.

The problem isn’t that you have thoughts. The problem is that many of us believe every thought, react to every thought, and allow our thoughts to run the show.

Meditation teaches you something different.
It teaches you to become more present.

And the more present you become, the less power your thoughts have over you.

You begin to notice that not every thought deserves your attention. Not every worry needs solving. Not every fear is a fact.

You can have a thought without following it.
You can feel anxious without becoming consumed by it.

And in that space, you find a little more calm, a little more clarity, and a little more peace.

Have you ever thought you were “bad” at meditation because your mind wouldn’t stop thinking?

Sometimes choosing yourself means leaving some people and situations behind, letting go of what drains you, and honouring what brings you peace.

Your peace is worth protecting.

When I talk to people about gratitude, they often think I’m saying they should ignore their problems and just focus on the positive.

That’s not what gratitude is.

Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay when it’s not.

It simply helps you widen your focus.

When we’re anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or feeling flat, we naturally focus on what’s wrong, what’s missing, and what needs fixing.

Gratitude reminds us that alongside the challenges, there are usually good things happening too.

You can acknowledge what’s difficult and still be grateful for what’s good.

The two can exist at the same time.
Gratitude isn’t about denying reality.
It’s about seeing the whole picture.

What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?

As a wellness coach, I often work with women who are struggling with anxiety, low motivation, feeling flat, negative thinking, and a general sense that they’re not quite themselves anymore.

They know something needs to change, but they’re not always sure where to start.

That’s why we focus on the foundations.

Things like gratitude, mindfulness and meditation, self-compassion, creating meaningful goals, and learning how to prioritise their own wellbeing without feeling guilty about it.

These simple practices can have a powerful impact on how you think, feel, and show up in your life.

Because the truth is, you can keep running on autopilot, or you can start making small changes that help you feel calmer, more positive, and more connected to yourself again.

None of this happens overnight. It’s the small things you do consistently that create lasting change.

If you’ve been feeling anxious, unmotivated, overwhelmed, or stuck in negative thinking patterns, maybe it’s time to start focusing on you for a change. ❤️

Many women who have Children. Work. The household. Relationships. Family responsibilities and somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else, they slowly stop taking care of themselves.

Many women carry a lot of guilt.
Guilt for working.
Guilt for slowing down.
Guilt for saying no.
Guilt for wanting time for themselves.

They give and give until they are emotionally exhausted, burnt out, anxious and resentful, wondering why they feel so overwhelmed all the time.

Are you one of these women?

If so, know that there is another way to move through this phase of life.

You do not have to constantly push yourself to the point of depletion to prove your worth.

You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to set boundaries.
You are allowed to ask for help.
And you are allowed to make your wellbeing important too.

Are you feeling emotionally exhausted?

Sometimes it’s because you’re so busy looking after everyone else that you’ve completely neglected yourself in the process.
I understand this deeply.

I have 3 children, a husband, older parents, work, study and somewhere amongst all of that I also have to look after myself too.

I love caring for others. It’s naturally who I am. But at one point I realised I was doing it to my own detriment. I was running on empty trying to be everything for everyone.

The biggest thing I had to learn was that it’s ok to say no.

That was the game changer for me.

Doing what I can when I can.

Saying no when I genuinely don’t have the energy.

Not feeling guilty for needing rest.

Not judging myself for not being able to do it all.

And now I work with many women facing the exact same thing and one of the biggest breakthroughs they often have is letting go of the self judgement and the constant need to please everyone else.

You can care for others deeply without abandoning yourself in the process.
