My journey into health & wellness wasn’t by accident — it was born from deep change and intention. In October 2022, a family health crisis cracked open the path I was on. It shook me to the core, made me question who I wanted to be, and challenged me to build a life aligned with purpose. I left behind hustle culture, re-evaluated my values, and began investing wholeheartedly in my vision. Since then, I’ve completed certifications in Nutrition, Fitness, Pilates, Life Coaching & NLP. My practices have transformed my body, mindset, and connection to self — and now my mission is clear:
To help others like you nourish thier mind, body & soul, move with intention, and create a life that feels expansive, balanced, and aligned.

My goal has always been to create more than just a Pilates class.

A safe, fun and encouraging space where teenage girls can build strength, confidence and body awareness, while developing a positive relationship with movement.

No pressure, just learning to move, get stronger, feel good in their bodies and have fun along the way 🫶🏼

That’s exactly why I created Teen Girls Pilates 🤍

A supportive program designed specifically for girls to build strength, body awareness and confidence, while developing a positive relationship with movement and exercise.

No pressure to be the fittest.
No competition.
No need to already know what you’re doing.

Just a fun, encouraging space to move, get stronger, learn new skills and connect with other girls. ✨

If you’re new here, Hi 👋🏼 I’m Colleen.

I’m 40, a mum of two, Pilates Instructor, Nutritionist and currently figuring out what it looks like to build a life that feels really good.

Not a perfect life.
Not a life where I have it all figured out.

A life that feels strong, healthy, fun, intentional and actually mine.

For a long time, I thought “getting healthy” meant doing more, eating better, weighing less and being more disciplined.

Now I see it very differently.

It’s about having the energy to live your life.

Feeling strong in your body.

Nourishing yourself without obsessing over food.

Moving because it feels good.

Making choices that support the woman you want to become.

And remembering that motherhood can be a huge part of your identity without being your entire identity.

I’m also not here to pretend I’ve mastered any of it.

I’m learning, experimenting, changing my mind, having good days, having very average days and sharing the journey along the way.

So if you’re a woman in your 30s or 40s who wants to feel healthier, stronger and more alive without turning wellness into another full-time job…

You’re in the right place 🤍

Six months alcohol free 🤍

Not because I had a problem with alcohol, but because I started questioning whether it was actually adding anything to my life or simply something I did because it was socially expected.

What started as a 3-month experiment became six months of learning that I genuinely don’t need alcohol to relax, have fun or enjoy my life.

And while going alcohol-free hasn’t magically fixed my gut health, hormones, inflammation, or everything else I’ve been working on, it’s been one small lifestyle change that feels really aligned with how I want to feel in this season of life.

Especially entering my 40s, I’m becoming much more intentional about the choices I make for my health, energy and wellbeing.

Not because I’m trying to be “perfect”.

Just because I’m learning to ask:

Does this actually support the woman I’m becoming?

Maybe that’s a question worth asking yourself too 🤍
