💚 A little peak at just a few of the people in My journey… there have , over the years, been so many wonderful people who have been part of it. 🧘♀️💪
When I look back over the years, I can’t help but smile at all the places we’ve practised yoga and exercised together! We’ve joined in on Zoom and YouTube, stretched on beaches, exercised in parks, gyms and halls, at the PCYC, on the grass, in car parks and shopping centres, on holidays, retreats, workshops and even in Saudi Arabia! 🌏😂
Who would have thought that my passion for health and wellbeing would take me to so many places and introduce me to so many beautiful people?
For me, it has never been just about teaching yoga or exercise. It’s about helping people keep moving, feel stronger, enjoy life and make time for themselves. It’s about the friendships we’ve formed, the challenges we’ve tackled, the laughter we’ve shared and all those little moments that have made this journey so special.
Some of you have been with me for years, others have joined along the way, and every single one of you has played a part in my story.
After all these years of teaching, I can honestly say that the people have been the greatest gift of my journey. ❤️
Thank you for showing up, giving things a go, sharing your smiles and laughter, and allowing me to be part of your lives. I never take that for granted.
I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to share my love of movement and wellbeing with you all, and I am eternally grateful to each and every one of you. 🙏💚
This is my journey, but it wouldn't have been the same without you. 🥰
