Let’s talk about something weird….you’re thinking about someone and they call or message you.
I believe…that we are all energetically connected.
Something I’ve noticed…is that we can change and alter energy that no longer works for us.
What if…you can change how you think and feel. You certainly can 😜
I used to think…it was all mindset. How we think and feel does involve our mindset but energy can also impact how we think and feel.
Energetic hypnosis can help you to release stale or toxic energy. In Melbourne whilst doing training I released things that were no longer serving me.
This is the kind of person I help…anyone who wants to change, release and be free of things that no longer serve them.

I was lucky enough to spend the last 5 days with Prof. Dr. Marco Paret | Profilo ufficiale italiano and Australian Academy Of Hypnosis - est.1996 | Tanya Fong (the wonderful Tanya) learning advanced energetic hypnosis.
So much new information and skills to put into my sessions. Keep an eye out for a request for discounted sessions to allow me to practice.

So whilst I was working at Sparkle Gippsland in the tranquil lake house at mewburnpark a gorgeous wren came to the door several time.
Obviously I had to investigate what the spiritual meaning of a wren is.
The wren is all about ambition, believing in your dreams, the universe and trusting the journey. What an on point message from the universe to remind me to dream, trust and grow.

What a fantastic day! The sun was out. The vibe was amazing. Thanks to the lovely women who gave hypnosis a chance today.
Thanks as always to the wonderful Jess Saunders - Holistic Healing and Julia for organising, facilitating and holding space.
Also special shout out to the lake house mewburnpark. I have the best view whilst I work. Cant wait for the next one 😜

So, I walked into my treatment room today (was dusting the entire house) and my socks felt wet. I walked in further and my socks became saturated. Oh dear! Has a water bottle broken on the floor? Has there been a leak from the air conditioner?
Oh dear, the tap has somehow been leaking, this room was originally going to be an outdoor kitchen. As we all know the universe has other plans sometimes.
So today I spent the afternoon cleaning and drying my room, after I’d secured the tap. Lucky it was a sunny day!

When these things happen. After I’ve said ffs and oh 💩 I ask why has this happened? What is the message? What does the universe want me to think about or know?

If in doubt ask google what something means spiritually. Literally just type “spiritual meaning of…” Google will give suggestions and you can decipher what it means to you and your circumstances and world.

For me it’s about making sure that my energy is not “leaking” and that I know my value. Great reminders.
But I would have preferred these reminders in an email, rather than a saturated navy mat. 😝
