A NEW CHAPTER. A DEEPER PURPOSE.
INTRODUCING INNER LIGHT STUDIO ✨
Something has been evolving behind the scenes for quite some time, and today I’m finally ready to share it with you.
Flow Factory is becoming INNER LIGHT STUDIO.
When I first created Flow Factory, my intention was to help people reconnect with themselves through healing, movement and energy work. And while that intention hasn’t changed, I’ve changed. My understanding has deepened, my practices have evolved, and my vision has grown into something much bigger than I originally imagined.
Over the years, I’ve come to recognise that healing isn’t about becoming someone new or constantly trying to fix ourselves. It’s about creating the space to reconnect with who we are beneath the conditioning, expectations, experiences and stories we’ve carried. It’s about awareness. Connection. Expression. Embodiment. And most importantly, remembering that the light we often search for outside ourselves already exists within us.
This is the heart of Inner Light Studio.
A space where science and spirituality can sit alongside one another. Where the body, mind, energy and creativity are explored as interconnected parts of our human experience. A space for healing, learning, creating, connecting and discovering what it means to live more consciously.
THE MEANING BEHIND MY NEW LOGO
Every element represents something meaningful to the vision I’m building.
🤎 The heart at the centre represents our inner light. The love, awareness and connection that live and begin within us.
🟠 The expanding circles represent the ripple effect of awareness. When we create change within ourselves, it has the potential to influence our relationships, communities and the world around us.
🔺 The triangle represents a grounded foundation and the connection between our physical, emotional and spiritual experiences.
🌈 The seven coloured rays represent our individuality, diversity and the many different ways we experience, express and navigate life. Different paths, all worthy of being seen. But they also represent the seven pathways I’m creating within Inner Light Studio, each offering a different way to explore healing, embodiment, creativity, connection and personal growth.
And at the heart of it all is a vision that continues to guide me: A BRIGHTER HUMAN FUTURE. Because I truly believe there is so much possibility in becoming more conscious, compassionate and connected within our humanity.
I will continue to offer the experiences you know and love, including individual sessions, meditation, sound healing and retreats, while growing into new offerings centred around fascia, embodiment, creativity, education and community.
A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT THE WEBSITE
You’ll notice my social media is transitioning to Inner Light Studio first, while my existing website will continue under Flow Factory for a little longer. I’m carefully working through the website and domain transition so I can preserve as much of the online visibility and Google search presence I’ve worked so hard to build over the years.
So if you see both names during this transition, know that you’re still in the right place 🤍
To everyone who has walked through my doors, attended a session, shared a conversation, joined an event or supported my work along the way, thank you. You are part of this journey too.
And now officially, Welcome to Inner Light Studio.
