Something BIG is beginning in Bendigo, and we would love you to be part of it. 💜

You bring the questions and I’ll bring the answers.

This Monday night, you’re invited to join Gayle Wilson for a FREE 45-minute Zoom Q&A, where she’ll be sharing the philosophy, mission and vision behind HER – Honour. Empower. Reconnect.

Whether you’ve worked with Gayle in the past and would love to reconnect, or you’ve been watching from the sidelines, curious about the work she does and the lives she’s helped transform, this is your invitation to come a little closer.

HER is the next chapter in making Gayle’s work more accessible and affordable for everyday women, while building something that reaches far beyond the individual.

During our Q&A, we’ll introduce you to the HER philosophy, our membership opportunities, our philanthropy project supporting Lifeline Loddon Mallee, and the bigger mission to create healthier relationships, stronger communities and a brighter future for the next generation of young women.

And while HER is beginning right here in our beautiful town of Bendigo, our vision is to take this movement across Australia.

We want to create something that brings women together rather than pulling them apart. Something that celebrates connection over comparison, encouragement over competition, and reminds women of the incredible value they already hold.

And we’d love you to be part of where it all begins.

💜 Monday 26 October | Live on Zoom
💜 45 minutes | FREE to attend
💜 Come along, listen, ask questions and discover what HER could mean for you.

Because movements don’t begin with thousands of people.

They begin with people who believe things can be better.

It starts with you. Do it for HER. 💜

Register now to join us. We’d love to see you there!

It was always for HER. ❤️

The HER you once were, and the HER she is becoming.

HER was never just about helping women feel more confident. It was always about something much bigger.

Healing the parts of ourselves that have carried pain, self-doubt, comparison, shame and beliefs that perhaps weren’t even ours to begin with.

The things passed down through generations of women who were simply doing the best they could with what they knew.

Because when we heal, learn and grow, we change what gets passed on.

We begin to break cycles of generational pain, limiting beliefs and unhealthy habits.

And in their place, we pass on something different.

Self-belief. Emotional awareness. Healthy boundaries. Compassion. Confidence. And the ability to champion another woman without feeling threatened by her.

Because our young women need us.

They need to see women who genuinely like themselves. Who know their worth, speak kindly about themselves and celebrate other women.

And you don’t have to be a mother to make that difference. You might be an aunt, a friend, a mentor or simply a woman showing another young woman a better way.

This is why I created HER.

A place to do our own learning, healing and growing, so the next generation doesn’t have to carry everything we did.

Because perhaps the greatest gift we can give our young women isn’t telling them how to be confident.

It’s showing them what it looks like.

It was always for HER.
The HER you once were, and the HER she is becoming. ❤️

HER — Honour. Empower. Reconnect.

More than a membership. A movement.

Gosh there has been some doozies….

For me I think it might be the “happy pants” from my tween years.

See next slide if you don’t know what happy pants are.

What do you think should never make it?

There’s a tricky little place so many women find themselves in, somewhere between “this is my responsibility” and “when on earth do I get a moment to catch my breath?”

I hear it all the time. The tightness in the chest, the mental load, the ridiculously full calendar and that constant feeling of needing to be everything for everyone. And somewhere amongst all that doing, giving, organising and caring, we find ourselves slipping further and further down our own priority list.

And the funny thing is, most women aren’t looking to turn their whole lives upside down. They just want to feel like they’re back on top of things. To feel calmer in their minds, more confident in their decisions, happier in their relationships and a little more like themselves again.

That’s exactly why I created HER. ❤️

A place where women can come together from the comfort of home, learn practical skills for self-management and self-care, and begin to understand all those tiny corners of themselves that so often go unnoticed.

Because when we improve the relationship we have with ourselves, something rather beautiful happens. We start showing up differently in every other relationship too.

And I know your calendar is already full, so HER has been designed to fit into your life, not become another thing you need to juggle.

Join us from your bed, the couch or out in the garden with a cuppa or a cheeky glass of w**e. Camera on or off, you choose.

HER begins November 3rd, with three ways to join, offering flexibility, support and affordability for women at different stages of life.

It’s time to make a little room for you, too.

HER — Honour. Empower. Reconnect.

Come and see what we’ve created for you. ❤️

So, what exactly am I going to be doing with the Bendigo Spirit WNBL players this season? 🏀

Well, there’s a lot more to being a professional athlete than what happens on the court!

Every one of these incredible women has a story worth telling, and part of my role this season will be helping them find the confidence to tell it.

From public speaking and interviews to building their personal brands, communicating confidently on camera and managing those pesky nerves that can take over when all eyes are on you.

Because being extraordinary at your sport doesn’t automatically mean you feel comfortable standing in front of a room!

And here’s something else I’m passionate about. Women’s professional sport doesn’t always attract the same financial opportunities as men’s sport, so helping these athletes develop their public presence can also open doors to additional income streams, partnerships and opportunities beyond basketball.

The second part? COMMUNITY! 💙💛

I want more people in those stands, cheering these incredible women on. Because when we connect with the person behind the jersey, we have even more reason to show up.

My role is to help these women recognise the value of who they are, not just what they can do on the court.

And if you’ve never been to a Spirit game at Red Energy Arena Bendigo or at other venues around Australia, you’re in for a treat. These women are TOUGH, talented and sensational to watch!

Watch this space. We’ve got some exciting things planned, including a few ticket giveaways throughout the season.

Let’s get behind HER! 💙💛

Spring is the season for goals. 🌼

And if we take our cues from nature, this is our time to grow, thrive and reach for the sunshine.

To shine our light, take up space, find our people and get our heads in the game.

Just like those endless fields of golden canola, we don’t have to grow alone to stand tall and shine beautifully.

This is your season to flourish, to back yourself and to become a little more of the woman you know you can be.

Without the mess.
Without the hesitations.
Without the apologies.
Without the guilt.
Without the overwhelm.

HER starts this spring. 💛

Come grow with us.

I’ve discovered that some of my greatest creativity and abundance comes when I stop trying so bloody hard!

When I dedicate time to things that make my skin sing, something beautiful happens. My imagination opens, my thinking becomes clearer, my energy shifts and I feel far more connected to myself.

Decisions come from deliciousness - not pressure and reconnection.

Music, movement, beauty, touch, nature. All the primal things that remind me I’m a woman with a body to enjoy, not just a brain to put to work.

And this is something I love teaching the women inside Confidence Reclaimed.

One of the most beautiful pieces of feedback I receive is how learning to reconnect with their bodies and primal energy has unlocked a whole new level of clarity, stamina and permission to rest and reset.

Because confidence isn’t always about becoming braver, doing more or achieving the next thing.

Sometimes it’s about trusting yourself enough to recognise what you need, honour what you desire and give yourself permission to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to create.

If you’re a woman who’s achieved plenty but knows there’s another part of herself waiting to be explored, I’d love to welcome you into Confidence Reclaimed.

There’s so much more of you to discover. ❤️
