Meet Ruby 👋

Ruby is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

With experience in private practice and a strong background in sport and exercise, Ruby works with clients across musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, and chronic health conditions. She takes a holistic, client-centred approach, using evidence-based exercise to help clients build confidence in movement, improve functional capacity, and support long-term health and independence.

Outside of work, Ruby loves staying active through sport, HIIT, and Pilates, spending time with friends and family, and discovering new coffee spots ☕️🏃‍♀️

You can find Ruby at both of our clinics in Mascot and Sans Souci 📍

Did you run during pregnancy and/or postpartum and experience pelvic floor dysfunction (like bladder/bowel leakage, prolapse, or pain)? 🏃‍♀️
Curtin University is running a study to better understand the experiences of recreational runners with pelvic floor dysfunction during the perinatal period — and we want to hear from you.
You may be eligible if you:
✅ Are 18–45 years old
✅ Are 6 months–2 years postpartum
✅ Identify as a recreational runner during pregnancy and/or up to 1 year postpartum
✅ Experienced pelvic floor symptoms during pregnancy and/or up to 1 year postpartum
What’s involved: One online interview with a physiotherapist (30–60 mins) — just a conversation about your experience.
Your story could help improve healthcare for perinatal runners everywhere.
