A little reminder that good things often take time 🦋

We waited in the butterfly house for ages, hoping one would land on my daughters.

Eventually, it did and then on my face too🦋

It made me think about how often we want things to happen immediately—healing after birth, recovering from pelvic floor symptoms, rebuilding strength, returning to exercise, navigating fertility or finding our way through grief.

Losing my mum & Frankie has taught me that healing and recovery are rarely instant. Progress can take time, patience and the right support.

Sometimes the most meaningful changes happen when we slow down, listen to our bodies and give them the time they need 🤍

Thoughts to those of us who have lost our mums, mums who have lost their babies, and those who long to be mums 🤍

Mother’s Day can feel complex and challenging for so many beautiful people in my life. Sending extra love, gentleness, and support today — however this day feels for you. 🤍

The Knack 🌸🤧

Feel weak or leak during cough or sneeze?

Try reactivating your pelvic floor muscles to counteract the downward pressure caused by a cough or sneeze.

This can improve pelvic support & reduce likelihood of leakage.

If you are unsure how to activate your pelvic floor muscles correctly or experience leakage or weakness with cough or sneezing (laughing or exercise), please reach out 🌸
