Swipe through to meet the shadow side of the Libra New Moon 🌑⚖️
Libra season asks a beautiful question: what does true balance actually feel like?
But in its shadow, that longing for harmony can look like…
〰️ saying yes when your body is saying no
〰️ keeping the peace at the cost of your own voice
〰️ waiting for someone else to make the decision
〰️ shrinking so everyone else stays comfortable

None of this means you’re broken. These patterns often began as clever ways to stay safe and connected. This new moon is a gentle invitation to notice them, and to plant something new: a relationship with yourself that’s as caring as the one you offer everyone else.
That’s what we’ll be doing together on Sunday 11 October at the Libra New Moon Sound Bath 🤍

🎆Where does the gong take you in a sound bath?

If you struggle with meditation or switching off the busy mind. Come join me at my next sound bath where you can experience the magic of all those overtones and many more instruments too.

Fri 11th September is the next mic gender new moon sound bath (working with the Virgo energies).

You can always trust advice from Louie 🐈 💯! My boys are the kings of chill.

If life feels good, it’ll definitely be better post a sound bath.

Come join me for a sound bath sometime soon. *Cats not included.

So I love singing in my 🎶sound baths and ceremonies (probably because everyone has their eyes closed and is deep in their journey😴).
I’ve also enjoyed the beautiful and continuous journey of finding and embracing my voice and writing over the past few years.

However, this is a first for me singing on camera (with the exception of my childhood days📹)…but life is about being brave and courageous right! So here i am sharing blue for a few more people to hear.
I loved sharing this with my niece so maybe there’s a few other kids (or big kids) that might like blue too 💙🌊
