Fundraiser Event through Breathwork.

"Pedal for Purpose" are working with "Its Ok not to be Ok" and creating reslilience back packs to grade 5 and 6 year students and providing them with a tool kit.
Its called the back pack for life program.
The aim is to eventually roll them out to every school in Victoria.
Frequency Revival with Tribe Six are offering our services to fundraise some of the needed money to fund this.
The $55 that you pay for this event will go to Pedal for Purpose, minus the booking app fees of 2.2%.

On November 1st 2026, a group from the Mornington Peninsula will ride 1100km in 7 days from Adelaide to Hastings for the awareness of mental health for kids.
Contributions will go directly towards programs that provide vital mental health services for children.
This journey is not only a physical challenge, but an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who are facing mental health struggles.

The BACK PACK FOR LIFE PROGRAM for primary school children in grades 5 and 6,is to help ensure those children are equipped with tools that can help them through life.

Have you ever felt like you're doing all the right things, yet the same emotions, reactions, patterns, or limitations keep showing up?

You may not be stuck.
You may be stored.

Our bodies are incredible record keepers. Every experience, stress, emotion, belief, and survival response leaves an imprint within the nervous system and tissues of the body. When experiences aren't fully processed, they can become stored as tension, armouring, restricted breathing patterns, emotional suppression, or subconscious beliefs.

This can show up as:
