That voice that tells you you are not enough — not smart enough, not capable enough, not worthy enough of the things you most want — is not yours.
It formed in the accumulation of small repeated experiences. The criticism that lodged somewhere. The love that felt conditional. The years of being told — directly or indirectly — that you were too much or not enough.
You absorbed it before you were old enough to question it. And it became the voice you hear when you look in the mirror.
That is not the truth about who you are. That is little t trauma doing what it does — running quietly in the background, shaping everything, waiting to be recognised for what it actually is.
Recognising it is where everything begins to shift.
If this is something you are living with — reach out. This is exactly the work I do. Email me at [email protected] or send me a DM.
