Trivia night, raffle hamper, one lucky family 🧺✨

We were happy to support Keilor Primary School’s fundraiser this weekend. We packed the hamper with things that get kids moving, talking and playing: a speed rope, a fast-talking party game, a LEGO build, a drink bottle, a journal and a Golden Ticket for a session with our team.

Thanks for a great night of community spirit, and congrats to the lucky winner! 🏆

Stand on one leg 🦩 for the 10-second countdown, with the bench within reach, just in case.

Easy? Great 👏 Try the other leg.
Wobbly, or needed to grab the bench? 🫣 You're not alone, and balance is very trainable. That's worth a chat with a physio.

Balance is a skill, and like any skill it can be trained 💪 It's what keeps you steady stepping off a kerb, getting into the bath, or chasing the grandkids around the backyard 🏃‍♀️

To him, it was a tent ⛺, a ball pit 🔴🟡🔵 and a tower that kept falling over 🏰
 
To his therapist, it was balance 🤸, grip strength ✊, turn-taking 🔄, early reading skills 📖 and learning to name his feelings 😊😢😠, all in one session ✨

Our Physio Co is now taking new speech pathology clients in Avondale Heights and surrounding suburbs, available in-clinic and for limited home visits.

We've also got some speech therapist availability out in the community across Rowville and the surrounding southeast suburbs(Scoresby, Wheelers Hill, Wantirna, Vermont, Dandenong and Lilydale), so if you're local to that side of Melbourne, we can come to you too.

Our clinic launch day was filled with great conversations, new connections, plenty of laughter, and a shared passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community.
