NDIS changes are on the way, here’s what’s what you need to know:
- Eligibility will shift from diagnosis to how a disability impacts daily life
- Those removed may be moved to new state-run supports that are still being discussed
- The new system starts in 2028, with changes rolling out over time

If you have questions or need support navigating these changes, reach out to our team - we’re here to help

Choosing a Support Coordinator is a big decision - and the right support can make a real difference in your NDIS journey 💙

A good Support Coordinator will:
✅ Help you understand your plan
✅ Connect you with suitable supports
✅ Give you real choice and control

At the same time, it’s important to remember 👇
This is YOUR plan. You should feel confident in who you work with.

We do offer Support Coordination services and are here to help if you need guidance but we always encourage participants to do their own research and choose a provider that suits their needs.

📩 If you have questions or want to learn more, feel free to reach out
