Some retailers stock products. Others build a community.

We are proud to say Holy Sanity is now on shelf at Wholefood Merchants in Ferntree Gully, and it is hard to think of a better home for us in Melbourne.
Family-owned, more than 20 years in the health food industry, and now the largest health food store in the country with over 35,000 products under one roof. What has not changed in all that growth is the philosophy. They back local. They back small. They believe every Australian deserves the choice to eat well, shop ethically and take real control of their health. That is the same conviction that led us to bring authentic Ayurveda to Australia.

Head in and you will find our Brahmi, our Manjistha and our Saffron range sitting alongside some of the best natural brands in the country.

And the team there. Honestly, they are wonderful. Curious, warm, genuinely knowledgeable, and happy to spend real time helping you find the right thing rather than just pointing at a shelf. That kind of care is rare and we do not take it for granted.

We have also been running samplings in-store recently, so if you drop by you might catch us with testers in hand and plenty of time for a chat about what actually works for your skin, your hair and your routine.

3/794 Burwood Hwy, Ferntree Gully. Open seven days.
Come and say hello.

A little reminder that rest is not something you earn.

We loved seeing Emily Burge slow down with her Retreat Yourself | wellness boxes & store moment. The quiet ones really are the best ones.

There is something grounding about turning skincare into ritual. Warm oil, slow hands, a few unhurried minutes that belong only to you. That is the heart of Ayurveda, and it is what we hoped for when we sent our Saffron oil into these boxes.

Save this as your reminder to pause today. And tell us in the comments, what does your evening ritual look like?

What a launch day at the brand new Go Vita Victoria Gardens!

Holy Sanity and Maharishi Ayurveda were proud to be part of the opening celebrations for Melbourne’s newest wellness destination, and what a day it was.

It’s incredible to see a store embrace Ayurveda so wholeheartedly. The team here are genuinely knowledgeable, passionate about natural health, and there to guide you on your wellness journey. That kind of in-store support makes all the difference.

We loved running sampling on the day and connecting with so many of you over our herbal teas and Blue Lotus range. This is just the beginning, with more sampling sessions to come.

If you’re searching for Ayurveda’s finest, drop into Go Vita Victoria Gardens in Richmond (right next to Coles) and show this beautiful new store some love.

Tag a friend who needs a wellness pick-me-up, and tell us in the comments: what’s your go-to Ayurvedic ritual?

We are in print, and we could not be prouder.

Ayurveda has officially arrived on the shelves of Australia’s boutique health stores, and Holy Sanity is featured in the Go Vita Winter Wellness Magazine. Inside, Ayurvedic expert Dr Rani Samant explores the science of inner calm and outer glow, from the gut-skin axis to the golden power of saffron and the calming ritual of blue lotus.

This is what makes Holy Sanity different. Every product is rooted in centuries of Ayurvedic wisdom and backed by modern research, made right here in Australia. Our Blue Lotus range, including the Saffron Glow Day Face Oil, Manjish Elixir Night Face Oil and Vidhi Blue Lotus Ritual Oil, is a daily ritual for skin, senses and self-care.

To the entire Go Vita family, thank you for believing in us, for taking our brand with you, and for championing wellness that begins within. To be trusted by your local health shop means everything.

Our full Blue Lotus range is now stocked in Go Vita stores nationally. If you are in Melbourne’s north, visit the wonderful team at Go Vita Epping, a brilliant local store with owners and staff who genuinely care about their community.

Pick up the magazine, read the article, and start your ritual.

When the team at tried our Saffron Glow Day Face Oil, their first thought was “our community is going to love this”. Reading their words about the rich golden colour, the natural aroma and the silky texture honestly made our week.

Being chosen for the Winter Rest and Reset Box has been such a special milestone for us. Retreat Yourself has built a community around slowing down and looking after yourself, and that is exactly what this oil was created for. Kashmiri saffron, one of Ayurveda’s most treasured botanicals, blended with nourishing plant oils into a ritual that fits into real, everyday life.
And here is the exciting part. If you discovered the Saffron Glow Day Face Oil in your Retreat Yourself Box and fell in love, the full Holy Sanity range is closer than you think. You will find us in wonderful independent health food stores and wellness boutiques right across Australia, including the beautiful stockists we have tagged in this post.

Pop in, say hello, and experience the rest of the range in person. Tell them your Retreat Yourself Box sent you.

Tag a friend who needs a little rest and reset this winter.

POV: your ritual oil was made with actual love, not a factory line.

Blue Lotus has been treasured in Ayurveda for centuries. Calming, cooling, and deeply grounding, it turns an ordinary evening into a sacred pause.

Every bottle, hand labelled. Every batch, made with intention.

This is exactly what it is all about. Thank you for this gorgeous moment, and thank you for including our Saffron Glow Day Elixir in a box built around slowing down.

Courtney said it perfectly: small rituals to tap into ourselves more often. That is everything Saffron Glow was created for. A few golden drops each morning is not just skincare, it is a pause. A breath. A moment that belongs entirely to you before the day gets loud.

Because your nervous system really does need it, and so does your skin.

Have you found your ritual yet? Tell us below, and if Saffron Glow has landed in your Retreat Yourself box, share your unboxing and tag us. We love seeing these moments and we will be resharing our favourites.
