Just because you think it, doesn't mean it's true.
Every day, we tell ourselves stories.
Stories about who we are, what we're capable of, what we deserve and what's possible for us.
Some of these stories empower us.
Others hold us back.
And the interesting thing is, the more we repeat these stories, the more familiar and believable they can become.
Over time, they can influence how we feel, the decisions we make, the opportunities we pursue and the actions we take.
But here's something worth remembering...
You don't have to believe every thought that enters your mind.
You can question it.
You can challenge it.
And you can choose to create a different, more helpful story.
Not by pretending everything is positive, but by learning to see yourself and your circumstances through a more balanced and empowering lens.
Because the stories you continually invest in can shape the person you become.
So here's a question worth asking yourself today:
Is the story I'm telling myself helping me become the person I want to be, or is it keeping me where I am?
