From 1 October 2026, eligible Support at Home participants will have 0% fees contribution for approved Personal Care services, when included in their Support Plan and subject to available funding.

Personal Care may include:
• Showering
• Dressing
• Personal hygiene
• Continence support

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Chafic, who was much more than a client to us.
Having the privilege of caring for Chafic allowed our team to get to know him and share many special moments with him. He became a meaningful part of our True Value Homecare family, and he will be deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and caring for him.
Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
