Wonderfeel

I always view Winter Solstice as a potential time for deep inner shift. And the Wonderfeel process I hosted - and participated in - yesterday feels like the most powerful shift yet….

Within a beautiful circle of adventurous souls.

We took time to tune into Anger from the past year, to feel it our bodies. To move with it, to vocalise.

We took time to tune into Sadness and regret from the past year, and to feel into it.

We took time to tune into what was really Enjoyable and satisfying in the past year, and feel this in an embodied way.

And then, from this deep state of self-connection, we did a guided meditation down into a place of realisation…

To tap into the soul-level inspiration that can carry us for the year ahead.

There was time to integrate this vision through free-form art, through movement, breath, writing.

This image is the vision I had, in my deep sacred place within.

Symbolically, this impacts strongly on me. In ways I am still fathoming.

I love this gift, a core motif of my deep motivation!

After all the lead up, promotion, organising, I am so fricken glad to have finally been able to hold and enter meaningful process, with gorgeous fellow adventurers!

Wonderfeel is here, for folks who want to go there…

I love to hold spaces, where everyone gets to feel settled in their inner connection, and feel a deeper sense of purpose in life.
And this, most likely, is one of those spaces....
