10 years of Abbi at Step by Step!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since Abbi first joined Step by Step as a part-time receptionist! Over the years, her role has grown and developed along with the clinic, from receptionist to Practice Manager and now our Business Manager.

Abbi has been an integral part of Step by Step and I honestly couldn’t imagine the clinic without her. While she might not be sitting at the front desk these days, she’s still the person helping to keep everything ticking along behind the scenes, supporting our families, looking after our team and always finding time to lend a hand when someone needs it.

So much of what Abbi does happens quietly in the background, but it makes a huge difference to all of us. She puts so much time, energy and care into making Step by Step the place it is today, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything she does.

Thank you, Abbi, for 10 years of being such an important part of our team. The team clients and I are very lucky to have you supporting us all.

Have questions about our services? We've got you covered.

Some of the things families often ask us:

Do I need a referral? Not always. You can self-refer directly to us, though a GP referral may make you eligible for a Medicare rebate.

What ages do you work with? We work with children from around 3 years old through to some adults.

Do you offer assessments or just therapy? Both! We offer a range of assessments including ADHD, autism and learning disorders, as well as ongoing therapeutic support.

Do you work with parents too? Absolutely. We work closely with families and tailor our approach to each individual client.
