🌿 Chiropractors don’t “click” babies.

Our care is incredibly gentle and low-force - often compared to the amount of pressure you’d use to test the ripeness of an avocado. 🥑 Many assessments and treatments are performed while babies are sleeping or comfortably held by their caregiver.

We always provide care that is gentle, age-appropriate, and tailored to each child. And when needed, we work alongside and refer to other health professionals, including paediatricians, lactation consultants, sleep consultants, and others to ensure families receive the best possible care.

New twins love the Tree. After a squeezy pregnancy, tension is addressed gently after birth by our baby chiropractors and osteopaths. This can help them feel more comfortable, and move more freely. Parents report improved sleep, mood and feeding. Oh, and how gentle is the care? Very. Like assessing an avocado. Twins - you’re in safe hands, at Family Tree.

Daffodil Day is the Cancer Council’s Annual Fundraiser for Cancer Research. 🌼

Cancer is so widespread that virtually all Australians either have a personal history of it or know someone who does.

2 in 5 Australians are diagnosed with cancer by age 85, and close to 1 million people are diagnosed every decade, making personal connections universal.

Here’s a chance to give, against an illness that takes.

If you do physically demanding work, you may be at greater risk of musculoskeletal injuries that can lead to back pain.

Repetitive tasks, heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and long hours on your feet can place ongoing strain on the spine, increasing the risk of injury and, over time, impacting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Join the Spinal Health Month Movement (1–30 June) and adjust your thinking, because a healthy spine supports a healthy mind.

👉 Visit www.spinalhealth.org.au to access FREE back pain factsheets, checklists, podcasts and information on drug-free ways to manage back pain, so you can get back to feeling good.

Kids’ Spinal Health: A healthy spine supports a growing mind.

Modern lifestyle habits are putting young, developing spines under pressure. Back pain becomes more common as children get older - often linked to poor posture, heavy school bags and inactivity from too much screen time.

Prevention is the best protection. Small changes today can make a lifelong difference.
✔ Encourage daily movement and play
✔ Check backpack weight and fit
✔ Break up screen time
✔ Support good posture at home and school

Strong spinal health supports not just physical development, but overall wellbeing. Healthy habits start young, and when poor posture and lifestyle behaviours go unchecked, they can form lifelong patterns that follow children into adulthood.

This Spinal Health Month, take a proactive approach to your child’s spinal health. Adjust your family’s thinking and join the Spinal Health Month (1–30 June) Movement.

👉 Visit www.spinalhealth.org.au to access FREE, practical, evidence-based resources to support your family’s spinal health.
