Eminence Care is urgently seeking a Fully Robust SDA property for an NDIS participant.

Requirements:
• 2–3 bedroom property
• Fully Robust SDA design
• 1:2 support model
• Accommodation for the participant and their partner
• Preferred location: Box Hill or within a 20 km radius

Please note: Accommodation only is required. All support services will be provided by Eminence Care.
