2026 - 2024 - 2022 🥇🏆❤️‍🔥 The journey with J e s s M a h o n e y

Honestly.. there is absolutely NOTHING more than this that we love as coaches. Magic happens when you trust, believe and work together as a team and an absolute force 🙏🏼🚀

2022 🥇 True Novice
2024 🥇🥇 Novice & Open
2026 🥇🏆 Open & Overall Bikini Champion

(Disclaimer: in 2022 I was Jess’s posing coach before I became her Prep Coach after this season)

All these pictures are from the QLD Pro League Australia show over the years! Which is also where I started in IFBB 11 years ago 🫶🏼

If you haven’t noticed, I don’t like half assed coaching and I’m not going to let you waste your potential over here 😆🔥

Onwards and upwards!!!!

OVERALL BIKINI CHAMPION 🏆👑 Pro League Australia

Well, what can I say!?!
J e s s M a h o n e y you ABSOLUTELY DESERVED this through and through. Even with food poisoning on show day (🥴😂) you were a clear champion.

We planned, we executed, we spent time away from stage and trusted the process to get this result.
Our last season together was a success, but we wanted to improve and win bigger, which that takes TIME.
Different results require time away from stage, you can’t turn up looking the same every season and expect a different result to be handed to you - you need to work for it.
Delayed gratification is your best friend.

Beyond the stage this win was deeply personal to me.
Through the hardest chapter of my life a few years back, Jess was a rock for me in ways I never expected - in circumstances I can’t even fathom or explain. One that I have still never spoken about publicly but you’d never even believe me if I did. In the hardest of times people show their true character, and Jess is one hell of an incredible person.
So since then, not a day goes by that I wanted this so much for her. You truely deserve this all in so many ways Jess, my heart is so overfilled with joy. What a full circle moment ⭕️

First show down, let’s go smash the next 😘🚀 VEGAS AMATEUR OLYMPIA 🏆 Amateur Olympia (Official) Mr. Olympia LLC

My fiancé, my best friend - you bring so much joy and happiness into everyone’s lives. I am so grateful for you, and I will never take for granted who you are or the blessing you bring into my life.

I may be biased, but you are genuinely the most positive, nicest human being I have ever met.

There is never a bad day with you.

Happy Birthday 😘🥳 Brandon Hepburn | Worldwide Body Transformation Coach 🇬🇧🇦🇪

Bodybuilding 🗣️ is not 🗣️ why 🗣️ your life 🗣️ sucks 🗣️

Prep should fit into your life, not replace it. Prep is only a problem if you let it! 😉❤️‍🔥

The road to turning Pro has no shortcuts.

The length of time spent in off-seasons don’t matter.. it is what you DO in those off-seasons that count.

A coach can’t fix what you don’t allow to be fixed in the first place. Your mindset and actions need to arrive first way before the Pro Card does. 🧠💯
