Oh my goodness.
I’ve received a new order of beautiful inspirational books and cards today!
I love having these as part of the Collective Grace offering to enhance your journey of growth and awakening.

I’m so loving the Anniversary edition of Louise Hay - You can Heal Your Life.

This book literally did change my life all those years ago. The wisdom in the pages was the doorway to my awakening and healing over 30 years ago and I am so very grateful for it.
The Anniversary edition is really beautiful and it’s wonderful to be able to offer this book and its wisdom to others.

If you’d like a copy there are a couple available at my little store as well as beautiful oracle cards and other wellness gems.

I will have an open day this coming Sunday from 1 til 4.

Nothing like a little tea party with beautiful soul sisters.
My garden is feeling so welcoming at the moment and it was so nice yesterday to set up the tea cups 🌸 and glasses for bubbles of course 😉🥂🧚🏼
I’m so grateful to have made some wonderful friends here in Moonta. So a clink of those glasses to connecting with women open to their own soul led journey. Who aren’t afraid to speak their truth and to look deeper to find it. To surround yourself with those that share the walk of the heart makes the journey so much more inspiring. I love the stories and the wisdom that comes in these moments of connection. So today I’m giving thanks for friends. 🌹🦋🪷🧚🏼

Happy wisdom Wednesday

Wisdom doesn’t have to be something beyond the ordinary. It’s the innate knowing when we just stop and listen in to our deeper knowing.

So the invitation is to listen in to what is calling you today. Just a moment to stop and smell the roses 🌹 @
Today I feel so grateful for the time I have to spend in my garden. 🪴

Working from home as a therapist also gives me the headspace to be there when clients arrive. I have time to prepare myself for each session so I am present for whatever that person arrives with. Whether it’s counselling, spiritual coaching or a healing.

What are you grateful for today?
How can you nourish yourself that little bit more ?

Today I’m leaning in to opening to new ways to nourish myself. Perhaps a walk around Moonta or a catch up with a friend. 😉🦋🌸

SEE YOU AT ARTHURTON 😊

The big October Arthurton Market is on this Saturday 3rd October. It's the long weekend so why not head out for a drive. There will be lots of stalls and ideas to begin getting a heads up for Christmas.

I will be there in the corner with a selection of offerings from the Collective Grace collection. There will be some delightful silver and gemstone jewellery, books and other beautiful wellness offerings such as the Blue Lotus temple oil....my favorite at the moment!

Sunday Event Reflection....
So here we are - Spring Equinox - Wednesday 23rd 9.30 am

SPRING EQUINOX - A THRESHOLD BETWEEN SEASONS - 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
The Equinox invites us to pause at a moment of balance — when light and darkness meet — before the Wheel turns us more fully into the growing light of Spring.🪷🪷🪷
Spring is a season of awakening. In nature, what has rested beneath the surface in the cold of winter begins to stir, stretch and emerge. The Spring Equinox marks a beautiful threshold in that cycle as we begin to see the signs of new growth emerging everywhere!

Last Sunday we gathered for an Event at Studio Zen - Moonta to recognise this point in the wheel of the year. (Kaz unfortunately fell ill so we shifted the format a little).
So a beautiful group of soul centered woman gathered. We reflected, recognized where we have been out of balance and made some new declarations for the next phase....

You are invited to ponder some of these questions for yourself if you so desire.....

Where in my life am I experiencing balance, harmony or flow?

Where am I out of balance? Am I doing too much, giving too much, holding too tightly — or perhaps not allowing myself enough rest or support?

What part of me has been living in the darkness? What might need acknowledgement rather than judgement?

What is beginning to emerge within me? What new idea, desire, possibility or version of myself is beginning to stir?

These were a few of the invitations to reflect upon....
We created space for sound healing and guided meditation as well and a few good chats of course!

At the end we brought forth some clearer visioning for ourselves.....

I am ready to bring into the light…

My intention for this next cycle is…
