I have been sitting on some news for a while now, and I am genuinely excited to finally share it.
Some of you know I trained originally as a personal trainer before moving into hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy. My work here covers a wide range of areas, anxiety, anger management, phobias and much more, and weight management has always been part of that too. What you might not know is that alongside all of this, I have spent the past few years quietly developing something new.
It is called SensEat, and it is a weight support app. It takes the same approach I use with weight management clients in this clinic, hypnosis, mindset work, hunger and fullness awareness and proper nutrition education, and brings it together in one place so people can work with it from home. My goal has always been to help more people than I can see face to face in a week, and this is finally that.
Nothing changes here. This clinic and my one to one work across all these areas remain exactly as they are. SensEat is simply a second way for people to access the weight management side of my work, whether they are not local to Mount Annan or not ready for one to one work yet.
I would love for you to take a look, and if you know someone who has been stuck in the diet cycle for years, feel free to send this their way.

Before I was a personal trainer, I had my own battle with weight. That is what led me into fitness in the first place.
Once I started working with clients, I saw the same pattern over and over. People wanted the result, and their day to day choices kept taking them further away from it. That gap between wanting change and acting against it is what led me to ask a different question. Not what should you eat, but what is driving the choices that work against you.
I have spent years developing this approach face to face with clients, combining hypnosis, psychology-based mindset work, hunger and fullness awareness, and proper nutrition education, because none of those on their own were ever enough. SensEat is my way of taking that same work and making it available to far more people than I could ever see one to one.
That is the gap SensEat was built to work with. Not another plan telling you what to eat, but something that helps close the space between wanting the result and the choices that keep pulling you away from it.
It is live now, and if that gap sounds familiar, it might be worth a look.
