I used to think living with tension was normal.

I had mastered the art of being "high functional" in a body that was always tinkering on high alert.

I joked about being a "restless soul" not realising that there was another way, a better way to live. I had assumed lived with that low-level feeling of anxiety humming in the background.

It wasn't until I experienced therapeutic tremoring that I realised...

My body had simply forgotten what it felt like to relax.

As I learned to release stored tension and regulate my nervous system, something unexpected happened.

I didn't just feel calmer.

I became more myself.

I laughed more.

I felt more present.

I found it easier to speak honestly.

And when I sang, I wasn't trying to perform anymore.

I was simply expressing.

That's why I've created From Tension to Freedom.

An 8-week online journey to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the version of yourself that's been there all along.
