💫 New Silk Float Sound Bath 💫

Sometimes, we catch our reflection in the mirror and realize we are looking at someone who has been carrying a little too much, running on empty, or simply out of alignment with themselves.

When life asks too much of your energy, your inner compass can start to drift. Reflection is the first step, but realigning requires stillness.

Step away from the noise and let yourself reset.
Surrounded by the gentle glow of the studio, the soft suspension of the aerial silks, and the deep, resonant vibrations of the singing bowls, this space is designed to help you drop back into your center.

Allow the sound waves to wash over you, let the weight melt away, and return to your truest self.

✨ Join me for our upcoming Aerial Silk Float Sound Bath at Past Tense.

As you float in complete zero-gravity comfort, rich vibrational frequencies from pure quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you, lulling your nervous system into deep, restorative peace.

This isn't just a sound bath—it’s a sensory reset for your entire mind, body, and spirit.

What awaits you in the silk
• Weightless Spine Decompression
Floating aerial support takes all pressure off your joints and back.
• Somatic Frequency Healing
Deep acoustic vibrations calm the central nervous system and restore inner balance.
• A Cocoon of Absolute Stillness
A dark, cozy, cocoon-like environment to tune out the world and drop fully into yourself.
