🎉 I’M BACK! 🎉

After what feels like both a very long time and no time at all, I’m officially back at Aspire Chiropractic!

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly excited to be back doing what I love.

💚 6 WEEKS UNTIL I’M BACK

One thing I’ve been thinking about as I prepare to return to Aspire Chiropractic is how much can change in 6 months… or a year.

Your work might have changed.
Your exercise routine might have changed.
Your family life might have changed.
You may have started something new — or stopped something you used to love.

And your body can change too.

That’s why when you return to care, we want to understand where you are now, rather than simply assuming you're exactly where you were when you last visited.

Your first appointment back will be an opportunity to reassess your current needs, listen to what you’re wanting to achieve and make sure your care is appropriate for you today.

If you’ve seen another chiropractor within the past 6 months, you can book a Regular Visit.

If you haven’t seen another chiropractor within the past 6 months, please book an Extended Consultation to allow additional time for assessment.

✨ I’M COMING BACK! ✨

After a very special year away on maternity leave, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be returning to Aspire Chiropractic on Tuesday 3rd November 2026. 💚

It feels a little surreal to be writing this!

I’ve genuinely missed the clinic, my patients and being part of your health journeys — and I’m really looking forward to getting back to doing what I love.

When I return, I’ll be available:

Online bookings will be available immediately, with phone bookings opening from Monday 21st September.
