Great people. A stronger 98 Newcastle.
We’re looking to connect with people who could bring something valuable to our coaching, operations and member experience.
We’re open to a few different ways of building out our team. Depending on the people we meet, that could mean adding coaching and member experience support, or bringing in a manager with a broader role across the gym.
We won’t necessarily fill every position - we’re interested in finding the right people and shaping the roles around their strengths and what the gym needs.
The right people will help shape the roles.
We’re exploring a few different ways to strengthen our team, so we won’t necessarily fill all three positions. Depending on the applications we receive, we may appoint people to individual roles or combine responsibilities into a broader position.
If you bring strengths across more than one area - such as coaching and management, or coaching and content creation - we’d really love to hear from you.

Gym Manager - Full-Time or Part-Time with coaching hours included.
A hands-on role overseeing daily operations, supporting the coaching team and delivering a consistently great member experience.
We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong leadership, organisation and communication skills, who understands what makes a gym community thrive.
Marketing & Member Experience Coordinator
A varied role bringing the 98 Newcastle experience to life - both inside the gym and online. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, supporting member onboarding and communication, helping coordinate events, and capturing and creating content for our social channels.
You don’t need to be a professional photographer or videographer, but you should be comfortable captur
