Some moments are so deeply sacred and personal, it's difficult to put into words. 🤍
And while there are parts of this experience I will always hold close to my heart, I knew I wanted to share a little of the magic, the intention and the love that has been woven into THE IMMERSION, long before we gather in Bali.

Just before returning home from Bali recently, I had the honour of sharing a beautiful blessing and ceremony alongside Mangku Made Subur, within the very space that will hold The Immersion.

A moment of deep intention, connection, prayer and gratitude.

Together, we opened The Immersion container, both giving and receiving blessings, each bringing our own sacred practices, energy and intentions into the space.

I had the honour of offering my own blessing and healing energy alongside Mangku, weaving together the work I hold as a Holistic Practitioner with the sacred Balinese traditions and wisdom he carries.

We offered prayers for the land, the space, every soul who will be joining me, and all that is yet to unfold.

I anchored my intentions into this sacred space, called in the energy of love, healing, transformation and possibility, and honoured the beautiful journey that has brought this vision to life.

There was something incredibly powerful about standing in the very space where it will all unfold, feeling the energy, offering my prayers and consciously activating what is to come.

Long before we gather in Bali, the intentions have been set, the blessings received and offered, the energy activated and the space prepared.

Everything I have created is held with such deep intention, reverence and love.
And I cannot wait to welcome you into the magic of it all. ✨

The Journey is 90 minutes to step away from the noise and the doing — to pause, breathe, receive and reconnect through meditation, breathwork, sound, intuitive and energy healing, and deep rest.

A space to slow down.
To reconnect with yourself.
To listen.
To receive.
And simply be.

I intentionally keep these experiences small to deeply support everyone in the space. With a few people missing out on recent events, I encourage you to book early if you feel called to join me.

It’s beginning... ✨️💛

Over the weekend, the very first details of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 made their way into the inboxes of those who joined the waitlist.

I don’t quite have the words for what it feels like to finally be sharing this. ❤️
For years, The Immersion has lived as a feeling, a knowing, a vision — something I’ve been creating, experiencing, learning, deepening into and bringing together piece by piece. And now it’s here. It’s real. And I’m finally sharing it.

A deeply held, all-inclusive experience of healing, self-discovery, transformation, connection, alignment and expansion.

This is more than six beautiful days in Bali. It’s a deeply transformative journey — created to reconnect, release, heal and expand.

Integration ✨

Stagnancy and stillness may look similar, but they come from different places and the guidance here is to reframe that feeling of frustration, stagnancy to a period of important rest and stillness.

Stagnancy feels like being stuck, while stillness can be a conscious choice to pause, listen inward, and simply BE.

Stillness is an important part of integration—it gives us space to process, reconnect with ourselves, and allow everything we’ve experienced to gently settle into place.

We don’t have all the answers as we move through life. We learn, we experience, we change, we grow.

There’s something beautiful about reflecting back with compassion — loving and honouring every version of ourselves for who they were, what they knew then, and how they helped shape who we are today.

And knowing we’re still becoming. Still expanding.

Mindful movement in beautiful, beautiful nature to start my day ❤️🙏

I don’t think there’s anything coincidental about being here in Ubud right now ✨️✨️✨️ Practising, just being… while putting the final pieces together on something so treasured to me.

To be here actually feeling it, living it and experiencing so much of what will be woven into The Immersion feels really, really special.

It’s all coming together and I'm so very grateful for everything that has been a part of my path, for all the versions of me that I had to be, to meet, for the courage to follow the knowing to deeply be in my joy and purpose💛🙏
