On the outskirts of Artie Smith Oval, Bomaderry. Head for the grassed area on the corner or Barwon and West Birrilley Streets.

Saturday
💚 8:30am–9:30am
On the grass by the river, near Riverbank Reserve, Fairway Drive, North Nowra. Head toward the Boat ramp car park.

$10 per class | Cash or card

There’s no class on Tuesday or Saturday this week, but I’d love to see you on Sunday afternoon for yoga by the river.

Join me near Riverbank Reserve on Fairway Drive, North Nowra, from 4pm–5:15pm. Head to the boat ramp car park and you’ll find us on the grassed area.

A chance to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply and enjoy some time by the river.

$10 per class, cash or card. Everyone is welcome.

Well the rain this morning is a surprise to me.

Class (10 October) is unfortunately cancelled however I’m offering an opportunity to roll out your mat and practise together tomorrow afternoon 😊
