Trust me I tried to make these sauna hats not look stupid but they are stupid
BUT they work. Designed to insulate your head, protect your hair and scalp from extreme heat, and help you stay comfortable during longer sauna sessions.
Why Wear a Sauna Hat?
• Prevents Overheating: The head is sensitive and heats up faster than the rest of the body, which can trigger premature fatigue or lightheadedness.
• Protects Hair and Scalp: keeps hair from drying out, becoming brittle, or suffering heat damage.
• Extends Session Comfort: By stabilizing head temperature, a hat allows you to sit comfortably for a longer duration.
Available to purchase for $20 each in store.

🤍 A little quiet time for little people 🤍

Our salt room at Pinch Salt & Float is a lovely space to slow down and enjoy time together—and we’ve now added a little play kitchen for the kids! 🧑‍🍳✨

A visit offers:
🤍 A break from screens and busy routines
🤍 Space for imaginative play
🤍 A relaxing setting for quality parent-and-child time

While they cook up imaginary treats, you can unwind beside them.

Remember 2 kids under 12 are free with a paying adult and room is always private.

💚 This World Mental Health Day, a reminder that your mental wellbeing deserves care, too.

Life can feel busy, noisy and overwhelming. Giving yourself permission to pause can be a small but meaningful act of self-care.

At Pinch Salt & Float, we offer a peaceful space to take that time for yourself.

💧 Floatation offers warm, buoyant water and a break from everyday noise and distractions. It may help ease stress and encourage deep relaxation.

🔥❄️ Fire & Ice combines the warmth of the sauna with a refreshing cold plunge—an invigorating experience and a chance to step away from everyday demands and focus on yourself.

Whether you prefer stillness or something more energising, we’re here to help you make time for you.

These experiences can complement your wellbeing routine, alongside professional mental health support when you need it.

Take a breath. Check in with yourself. Check in with someone you love. 💚
