A little note from my heart 🤍

I’ve been quiet here for a little while. Recently, I lost someone very close to me, and I needed some time to simply be, to grieve, to feel, to heal and to navigate all that comes with losing someone we love.

Grief has a way of reminding us to slow down, to be present, and to hold ourselves with a little more gentleness and compassion.

I’m looking forward to reconnecting, sharing, and creating a space for stillness, healing and connection once again.

Thank you for being here. It means more than you know.

Angela 🤍
