ROBUST SDA HOMES AVAILABLE – PERTH (SOUTH) & NORTHAM

Finding the right Robust SDA home takes time. A home should be carefully designed to support a person’s needs, preferences and lifestyle — not simply meet a housing category.

Ability Housing has been proud to be pioneering in the development of Robust SDA in Western Australia. Over the last 5 years, we have worked alongside people with disability, families, guardians, support coordinators and support providers to create and codesign living arrangements that reflect individual goals, choices and aspirations.

We currently have Robust SDA opportunities available in:

• Baldivis
• Beckenham
• Orelia
• Northam

Depending on individual needs, choices and living arrangements can include:

• Living independently
• Living with family or another person of your choice
• Sharing with another SDA or SIL participant- Parallel living design features support greater privacy, independence and personal space whilst managing a support budget.

Residents have the choice of their preferred support provider.
Over the coming weeks, we will be showcasing each available robust property individually, providing more information about the homes, features and locations.

Whether you are looking for a home for yourself, supporting someone through the process, or simply exploring what options may be available, our Engagement Team is here to help.
