Meet Ange our newest addition to the Proactive team!

Ange is a Remedial Massage Therapist, with additional training in myofascial cupping. She has special interest in preventative health care, helping people feel strong, flexible and moving pain-free in their everyday life.

When she’s not at the clinic you’ll find her training for her next triathlon, making her the go-to therapist for endurance sport or athletes who want to stay injury free and performing at their absolute best. 🏊‍♀️ 🚴🏻‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

Appointments are now open for May, you’ll find her in the clinic Thursday evenings 5-7pm and Saturday mornings from 7am - book in early to secure your spot!

A massive THANK YOU to all our amazing clients who entered our guess the weight competition. 🐣✨

Congratulations to our eggcellent winners Amar and Leanne who both equally guessed closest to the 1.3kg weight.

The egg was 1/4 of the dumbbell weight lifted in Amar’s Pilates class and equivalent to Leanne’s gauge that it’s not a 2L carton of milk but definitely more than a 1L! 🏋🏽🥛

We're excited to announce that Alicia will be joining the Proactive Physio Team! 🌻✨

Alicia has 18 years of experience, with an interest and extensive knowledge in Clinical Pilates, musculoskeletal issues and women's health.

Outside of work, you will find Alicia spending time with her family, exploring and travelling, or getting creative with her sewing machine! 🏡🌿🪡

Happy International Pilates Day! 🤸

April marked 5 years since we officially opened our doors to our amazing community! 🎉

We are beyond grateful to all the staff and clients that have supported us over the years and have become more like family and friends.💌🤍

Thank you for being a part of our incredible journey. Here’s to another 5 years perfecting our Pilates skills! 🙌🏼

Wishing our Proactive family a Hoppy Easter ☀️🐰🐣💖

Thank you to everyone who got involved (and very competitive) in our guess the eggs in the jar competition over the last 2 weeks 🧐

5 of the 93 entries didn't count as they got too distracted trying to bribe or talk to Rachel, that they either didn't enter their name or the number.

🧧 This left us with 88 lucky participants....
we would like to disclose that 88 was NOT the winning number...

Of the participants:
📉14% strongly underestimated the number, which we attribute to approaching life with a glass half empty perspective 🍷
📈 8% severely overestimated, indicating a glass half full approach 🍻 (or clearly not taking into consideration the inflation price on eggs)

We would also like to note, after much debate and lots of mathematical equations, that we did not eat any and that there was NOT a hidden toilet roll or one large egg stuffed in the middle (although we did try, it didn't fit in the jar 😂)

And with that, we would like to announce our winner......
Freya! with the answer of 178!!

We are so incredibly proud and in awe of our super fish Rachel conquering her first Rottnest channel solo swim!

You are an absolute inspiration to us all, even if you only call yourself a recreational swimmer -with an elite collection of Pilates socks! 🫶🏼🥹🩵🦦

Thank you to our Proactive community who helped tick this off her bucket list. We hope she comes out of retirement to do it all over again next year for a PB!

Welcome Mel to the Proactive family, travelling here for the first time from the UK! 🦘🏖️
She’s here to help with all your aches and pains and has a special interest in pelvic health, helping women with endometriosis or from pregnancy all the way to menopause!
In her spare time Mel loves cycling, hiking, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

You can find her in the clinic Mondays 9:30-4 and Wednesdays 9:30-5 ✨

Welcome Janae ✨

We are delighted to introduce our new and incredibly talented Remedial Massage therapist, Janae to the Proactive team!

Janae brings over 13 years of experience and expertise to our clinic, with a special interest in helping people manage neck pain and headaches 💆‍♀️

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury or just in need of some much needed relaxation, Janae will have you feeling your very best!

You’ll find her on the schedule Tuesdays from 1:30-6:30pm.

In her free time you’ll find her unwinding by running laps around the playground chasing her little ones for “5 more minutes”!🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️👶🏼👧🏼
