Have you checked with your local council? This is something I get my clients to do if their council is not using steam. It's a quick call and well worth it :) Your home should be your sanctuary and not impact health.

EDUCATIONAL POST - Please feel free to share. Did you know you can register at the City of Wanneroo for the No Spray Register which will mean pesticides will not be used on the verge adjacent to the registered property. Residents can only register the properties in which they reside for inclusion on the No Spray register.

Registration to the No Spray Register requires the resident to commit to:
🌿Maintaining their verge, including w**d removal.
🌿Re-register after 30 June each year to remain on the register.
🌿The No Spray Register does not apply to parks, reserves and Natural areas.
🌿Registration may take 5 business day to come into effect.
🌿Adhere to the City's Verge Treatment Guidelines

Properties that are registered on the No Spray Regoster are mapped in the City’s internal GIS system with mapping data provided to contractors, so they are aware of whichn properties pesticides are not to be applied on the verge of. If residents believe their property has had pesticide applied when they are on the No Spray Register then they should contact the City at Enquiries [email protected] and provide the details of the application so it can be appropriately investigated and addressed.

Absolutely one of my favourite builds, 25 minutes from perth, 15 minutes to Joondalup. 5 acres, no industry, no flight paths, huge double brick build, 2 story overlooking Jandabup lake and forever bush. Underground bunker or wine cellar, pickling shed, space for an orchard and horses if you want them, huge brick shed and east facing master bedroom balcony for morning sunlight. Plus multiple garages and beautiful established trees 😍😍 and room for multiple dwellings. This little estate is just beautiful.

Sometimes under the full moon you need to open the house, cleanse your crystals, release what is no longer serving you and move stagnant energy. Other times its easier to cleanse yourself in the ocean then just drag a mattress onto the lawn and let the moon do its thing while you sleep under it 😆 what a warm night it was in Perth.
