Hello!

If you have been here for a while, you will know I'm in stories a bit but don't post a lot on the grid, so thought I'd take the opportunity to reintroduce myself! If you're new here, welcome to my page!

I'm Donna, I have been a RMT for 12 years and have been working alongside the amazing team at The Spine Studio in Warwick for the past 6+ years. I specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage however I absolutely do work with members that are not either and soley looking for a remedial massage. I have a beautiful network of regular members but spots are always open for new members.

My goal is to be more active on here, I have a folder of drafts that have been sitting there for wayyyyy too long..... 🙃 hopefully a good mix of fun and educational trying to fit with all the ongoing changes of the gram!

...That's a wrap from me in the massage space for 2024!

Thank you to each and every one of you who has come in for a massage (or 10), recommended me to their friends and family, bought a gift voucher or written me a gorgeous review, I appreciate you all.

This year marks 10 years since I hung up my corporate attire, donated *most* of my high heels and moved into a new path. One that has allowed me to support thousands of members, and tap into so many things that bring me joy. I never knew how much I would love this new direction but from the moment I began my training, felt instantly grounded!

Thank you for entrusting me with your aches and pains 😉 your stories and your triumphs.

I welcomed an incredible amount of new members this year, supported first time Mums through to Mums welcoming baby number 5, welcoming back lots of members who I hadn't seen for months or even years (thanks for remembering me), plus met lots of adorable new beautiful babies 👶

I introduced cupping a few months ago, a new technique to support my members and have already had some amazing results which has been incredibly rewarding.

I always comment that I hope to show up more in this space the following year, so I won't promise that next year, but will try my best to bring you some fun and educational content 😉

Our next Empowered Pregnancy Workshop is happening next Saturday.

Here's a little bit about our presenters and what we are covering!
These workshops are fun, educational and empowering.

Our next session wont be until November so whether you are 13 weeks or 35 weeks this workshop is designed to support you and provide some great tips for your birthing partner too!

Yesterday, myself alongside Dr Janice from The Spine Studio Warwick and Bec from All Heart Hypnobirthing held our first Empowered Pregnancy workshop with some parents to be and Mums expecting their next bubbas!

I feel so lit up not only hearing from two very talent women but being able to share my own knowledge and experience when it comes to feeling empowered during pregnancy emotionally and physically. It also took me back to my own learnings and memories of my chiro appointments (especially the one when I went in for an adjustment in the early stages of labour) and my own hypnobirthing VBAC!

A big thank you to those who attended for your questions, generally conversation and allowing us to hold space as well as provide some education and support.

We are looking forward to running another one so please feel free to reach out if you would like any more information.
