A gentle, restorative sound immersion for a beautiful bride-to-be, shared with the circle of women who would surround her on her wedding day.

Her intention was to step across the threshold of marriage feeling calm, centred and present.

The morning was warm and still, the air heavy with the promise of rain.

As the ocarina called us into presence, the distant rumble of thunder arrived and a chorus of birdsong filled the air.

And then came the rain… washing, cleansing and grounding.

I am continually in awe of the natural world and the ways it meets us, holds us and supports us when we open ourselves to receive.

With love and gratitude for the privilege of holding space and weaving sound for such a special moment. 🤍🕊️

There is a quiet wisdom in the wind… a reminder of our connection to the natural world and the breath that moves through us.

Inspired by the beauty and freedom of the element of air, Adhar is an elemental sound ceremony exploring spaciousness, presence and connection.

Through breath, voice, the resonance of flutes and other sacred sounds, we will journey into these gentle, expansive qualities with the Priestess of Air.

An ocean-inspired sound ceremony

Through sound, attention shifts.
Consciousness moves from thought into sensory presence — into breath, vibration, sensation and deep listening.

Siren of the Sea is woven with voice, flute, ocarina, strings and sacred sound — an evening of enchantment, deep rest and remembrance.
