I wanted to jump on and personally tell you about Spring Reset—an eight-week individualised Clinical Pilates experience for new and returning clients.
It has been created to help you move better, build strength and feel more confident in your body, with support based on your goals and what your body needs each day.
Your Spring Reset includes:
• One 90-minute Initial Consultation with a comprehensive full-body assessment and EMMETT Therapy
• One follow-up EMMETT Therapy session
• Two 50-minute Private Clinical Pilates sessions—just you and me, with the whole session focused on you
• Twelve 50-minute Semi-Private Clinical Pilates sessions, with a maximum of four clients per session and individual guidance for every person
Pilates socks are included, with towels, equipment and water provided.
