Breathe deeply and visualise a vibrant beam of coloured light connecting your heart directly to the animal’s heart, breathe deeply in for a count of 5 seconds then hold for 5, then exhale for 5, then wait for 5, and then begin to inhale for 5 again and repeat this breathing tecnique for 5 minutes.

Send this feeling to your animal creating a grounded space for safety, reverence, and pure affection.

Animals think in multidimensional downloads, not text.

If you want your dog to know you are coming home, project a vivid, warm mental image of you walking through the front door, accompanied by the feeling of joy you experience when you see them.

If the animal is physically far away, ground yourself by doing the breathing process above and visualise sitting in a beautiful, serene meadow.

In your mind's eye, see the animal step out from the tree line and approach you at a distance that feels safe and comfortable for them.

What a magical, heart-filled celebration it was!

Set against the outstandingly brilliant backdrop of The Gold Coast, The Island, This Island Girl enjoyed an evening of JOY connection and Divine celebration.

From the gorgeous souls I met and the incredible achievements of my fellow finalists, to the dancing, heartfelt hugs, exquisite food, ch*****ne and unforgettable magic of it all… my heart is full. 🥂✨

4 sleeps to go… TRIGGER WARNING!! 😂✨

I was listening to a conversation about triggers and had to laugh.

Apparently, I trigger people because I love what I do, I’m good at it, I charge for it, I’ve received global recognition for it, I make it look natural… and sometimes because it challenges their beliefs.

Honestly, I can’t seem to get out of bed without triggering someone! 😂

So, respectfully, I’m not giving any free fuuuuucks to anyone for the next four sleeps!

I have given myself permission to be EXCITED !!

To celebrate.

To cross my fingers that on 17th October, my name is called out again as Animal Psychic 2026 in the Spiritual Leaders Awards, after winning last year.

And if celebrating yourself is ego, I’m perfectly comfortable with that. 😉

I’m looking forward to standing shoulder to shoulder with my incredible peers, celebrating everyone’s work, dressing up, walking the red carpet and enjoying every magical moment.

Award or not, I already feel like a winner. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who voted for me, shared a testimonial, sent a message or continues to trust me with your animals, your stories, your grief, your hope and your hearts. 🐾

And because I’m often asked,

“But what do you actually DO?”*

The answer is simple.

**I connect with energy.**

Animals. Humans. Nature.

I listen.

I feel.

I connect.

I allow the energy to flow.

After decades of doing this work, I’ve discovered one of my greatest lessons:

The difference between being SERIOUS and being SINCERE.

People come to me when they’re frightened, hurting, searching for missing animals or desperately hoping for answers. Of course, I feel the responsibility. I’ve spent countless nights wondering if I’ve done enough or whether I’ve let someone down.

But I’ve learnt that when I become too serious, I grip too tightly. I try to control the outcome, and sometimes I forget simply to be present.

Sincerity is different.

♡ I care deeply.

♡ I give it everything I have.

♡ I’m honest about what I know and what I don’t.

♡ I listen, receive and allow the connection to unfold.

You can care deeply without carrying the whole universe on your shoulders.

You can be committed without being consumed. You can pour your heart into something without needing to control the outcome.

So, whatever you do in this world, ask yourself:

Am I being serious… or am I being sincere?

Seriousness tightens our grip.

Sincerity allows us to open. ✨

And for me, magic lives in that openness… in curiosity, laughter, a gentle touch, a face lick and those beautiful moments when connection simply happens. ❤️

So, for the next four sleeps, I’m choosing joy, gratitude, celebration and a little red-carpet sparkle!

What if I got it wrong?
What if I let them down?

Then, I learnt...

Seriousness can quietly consume you !!

I MUST get this right.

And when I become too serious, I stop simply being present.

I judge.
I push. (Myself)

I try to control. (The outcome)

And, the harder I try to force a connection, the further I move from the ( very place ) where connection happens naturally.

Sincerity works differently

♡ I’m here.
♡ I care.
♡ I’ll give this everything I have.
♡ I won’t pretend to know what I don’t know.
♡ I’ll listen.
♡ I’ll receive.
♡ I’ll allow the connection to unfold organically.

That isn’t caring less.

It is caring deeply enough not to control the outcome.

You can be deeply committed without being heavy and attached to an outcome.

You can do your best with good intention without expectation.

You can care enormously without carrying the whole universe on your shoulders.

Whatever you pour your heart into, ask yourself ??

Am I being serious…
or am I being sincere?

Seriousness will force your grip tighter.

Sincerity allows you to open✨

Magic lives in the openness in playful curiosity in a quiet humble moment in a gentle touch in a belly laugh in a face lick♡

𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑻𝑨𝑷𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑹𝒀 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬 🕰️✨

♡ What loss is the most irrecoverable?

Of all the things we may lose in this extraordinary human life, perhaps none is more irrevocable than 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬.

For time, once given, can never be reclaimed.

Money may return.
Possessions may be replaced.
Paths may be retraced.
Even broken hearts may, with grace, learn to beat anew.

But a moment…

once lived,
becomes eternity.

And yet, perhaps we have misunderstood time entirely.

We were taught to imagine it as a straight road◇

Yesterday behind us.
Tomorrow before us.
And this fragile little moment called 𝑵𝑶𝑾 suspended somewhere between the two.

But what if time is not a road at all?

What if it is a tapestry?

A vast, shimmering, multidimensional tapestry in which every moment is a thread…

and consciousness is the hand gently weaving it. ♡

There is 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 ~
the beautiful procession of birth, becoming, ageing and transformation.

But there is also something stranger…

𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 ~

The kind of time in which an ancient memory can suddenly become more vivid than yesterday.

Where a childhood moment returns decades later, carrying a message you are now ready to unpack emotionally

Where a dream seems to arrive before the event that gives it meaning.

Where one breath can feel infinite…

and one lifetime can disappear like a sigh.

Perhaps time does not simply pass through us.

Perhaps 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆.

And perhaps consciousness is not merely observing existence…

but travelling through it.

♡ Through memory.
♡ Through imagination.
♡ Through possibility.
♡ Through dreams.
♡ Through love.
♡ Through the mysterious architecture of awareness itself.

And then there is 𝒆𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

Perhaps evolution is not only the story written into our biology.

Perhaps there is another evolution taking place quietly within us…

the evolution of 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔.

The gradual expansion of what humanity is capable of perceiving, questioning and imagining.

Every generation inherits a map.

And every awakened soul eventually discovers that the map is not the territory.

So the courageous begin to ask ○○○○

♡ What if there is more?

What if reality is larger than the reality we have been taught to expect?

What if the impossible is simply something we have not yet learned how to perceive?

And so…

perhaps we must occasionally step outside the familiar.

Down the rabbit hole. 🐇🕰️

Into that deliciously mysterious realm of 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒆-𝒊𝒏-𝑾𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆…

where minutes stretch into eternities,

where doors appear where walls once stood,

where the impossible becomes a doorway rather than a destination,

and where the world becomes infinitely more enchanting when we release the assumption that we already understand it.

Have you ever noticed how time disappears when you are truly alive?

A sunset that makes the clock irrelevant.

A conversation that somehow lasts an entire lifetime.

A first kiss.

A final embrace.

A child's laughter.

A revelation arriving in the quiet.

A moment in nature when something within you becomes completely still.

For a few exquisite seconds…

the clock loses its authority.

And perhaps this is because 𝒄𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 and 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 are not the same thing.

One is measured.

The other is 𝒇𝒆𝒍𝒕.

And somewhere in this magnificent cosmic mystery…

let us add a little 𝒕𝒉𝒚𝒎𝒆. 🌿

□□□ For some COSMIC seasoning □□□□

♡ Perhaps the secret is not to conquer time.

Perhaps the secret is to 𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆 𝒊𝒕.

To inhabit it.

To honour what has been

To welcome what may come without sacrificing today in anticipation.

To understand that this seemingly ordinary moment…

this breath…

this heartbeat…

this little fragment of eternity…

will never exist in precisely this form again.

And perhaps that is why it is sacred.

perhaps our impermanence is precisely what makes life so precious.

♡ The rose is beautiful because it blooms.

♡ The sunset is magnificent because it disappears.

♡ The human life is precious.

So weave your thread.

Question the boundaries.

Follow the mystery.

Wander beyond the edges of what you have been told is possible.

Allow yesterday to become wisdom.

Allow tomorrow to remain possibility.

And allow this moment…

this one irreplaceable, breathing, luminous moment…

to become fully 𝑨𝑳𝑰𝑽𝑬.

Because perhaps the greatest secret was never that we are moving through time.

Perhaps…

𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈.

And perhaps somewhere beyond the clock…

beyond the numbers…

beyond yesterday and tomorrow…

we are all quietly learning the ancient art of weaving 𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 into a single human moment. ♡
