Have you already written it off???
Or
Are you ready to get clear on what you really want life to look like!

13/10/2026

If you are constantly hearing “if they would do things differently”, “it’s their fault”, “they need to change”

I’m going to tell you a truth you may not want to hear.

“You are using their behaviour as an excuse to avoid looking at your own”

I am not saying what they are doing is right or wrong or otherwise. What I am saying is when you are stuck in blaming someone else it keeps you from looking at how you are showing up, your behaviour, your choices, your boundaries and standards.

Because it is easier to blame the other person for their actions and avoid changing your own.
It is easier to blame them than call yourself out in the choices and behaviour you are choosing.
It is easier to stay focused on their wrong doing than raising your standards.

When you shift your focus to “what is my role in this, how do I need to show up for myself” life move from being out of your control to something you can change.

I have no words yet have so many words

No, not all men are bad YET…
All women are constantly thinking about their safety.
All. The. Time.
Saying “she should have known better” or “she shouldn’t have put herself in that situation” is the same as saying “men can not be trusted and it’s women’s responsibility to make sure they don’t provoke them”
My heart breaks for this woman and for the society that has made this about “Her mistake” and not their behaviour.

The he biggest misconception I think women have.

Today my cousin is cutting her hair to be donated for a wig and also to raise money for cancer research.
She is so close to hitting her target goal of raising $1500.
Ella is 16 and this will be her first big hair cut in 10years.
If you are able to help her reach her goal, even if it's only a few dollar she would be so
appreciative

You sit down at 8pm and run through the same system you built years ago.

The one that used to hold everything together without you thinking about it. Tonight it doesn’t.

So you go looking for what’s wrong with you. Not disciplined enough. Not organised enough. Too tired, too scattered, too much. Here’s the actual pattern.

That system was built for a version of you who was juggling something completely different. She’s not the one sitting here anymore.

Structural burnout is not a boundaries problem, and it’s not a you problem. It’s a system that never got rebuilt for who you’ve become.

The Reality Reset exists to rebuild that, properly, for where you actually are now. Book a Strategy Session and we’ll start there.

My beautiful cousin Ella is raising money to support cancer research and also bravely cutting her beautiful long hair to donate it to make wigs for those who have lost their hair during treatment.
If you can spare a few dollars it would be much appreciated.
Please support her on her quest to reach $1500

I am raising vital funds to support the more than 2 in 5 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85. With your help, we can transform the way we prevent, diagnose and treat ALL types of cancer and put an end to this devastating disease.
