Macintyre Health also recognises that personal relationships are fundamental to successful Chronic Disease Management and Integration of Care. Often, we find, that someone will care more about their own management when they become aware, and believe, that we deeply do as well. At Macintyre Health, we provide education tailored to each person's needs - both clinical and personal. There is no stock-standard way to manage every person with Diabetes, and a tailored approach is key to success.
