Have you ever looked at yourself and realised that somewhere along the way, you became disconnected from the woman you used to feel you were?
Not because you chose to, but because life happened. You had to keep going, be strong, look after others, navigate change, carry grief, hold emotions and simply do what needed to be done.
And sometimes, in the middle of all of that, the parts of you that once felt expressive, creative, intuitive, playful and deeply connected can become quiet.
They’re not gone. They’ve simply been buried beneath everything you’ve had to carry.
This is the heart behind Return to the Sacred. I created this gathering from my own lived experience and from knowing how deeply I would have needed a space like this during some of my own harder seasons and somewhere I could stop holding everything together, soften into myself and begin to reconnect with the parts of me I had lost touch with.
This space is for you if you’ve been moving through change, loss, grief or emotional heaviness, if you’ve spent a long time being strong for everyone else, or if you’re feeling disconnected from your creativity, intuition, body, voice or sense of self.
Perhaps you’ve been feeling a quiet pull to slow down. Perhaps there’s something you’ve been carrying that you’re ready to explore or release. Or maybe you can’t quite explain what it is, you just know you need something different.
You don’t need to arrive knowing what you need. You don’t need to have anything figured out. This is simply an invitation to put yourself back on the list.
Through rose tea, ceremonial water blessing, ancient rhythm, medicine drum, voice activation, toning, live vocals, sound healing, angelic group energy healing and oracle guidance, we’ll create a space to reconnect with yourself through the body, voice, emotion and feeling.
