This weekend, I’m doing three days of kinesiology training exploring the vestibular system and how we move through the world.

It’s had me reflecting on the 12 Structural Integration sessions I recently completed with Bronya, and just how much our relationship with the world begins with our relationship with our own body.

I went into the sessions wanting to improve my posture and work through some ongoing jaw and neck issues. What unfolded was a much deeper exploration of sensation, movement and embodiment.

There were moments when my body lit up with sensations far beyond where Bronya was working, vivid imagery I couldn’t explain, and times when I felt so off balance or disconnected that it was like learning to walk again (which of course she sorted straight away).

For someone who has spent so much time exploring the unseen, the formless and the spaces beyond the physical, this was a different kind of exploration. One that invited me to inhabit my body more fully.

I finished the series just three days after my birthday feeling like I was closing one chapter while opening space for something new. A completion, and a beginning.

THE PAST MAY BE HIDING A TRUTH YOUR SOUL IS NOW READY TO SEE 🦂✨ MERCURY RETROGRADE OPENS A DEEPER CHAPTER ✨ OCTOBER 24, 2026

Dear friends, there is something extraordinary about the mysteries of time and consciousness. An experience that seemed perfectly ordinary years ago can suddenly take on a meaning we never imagined. A forgotten connection may return to our awareness, or an old chapter may illuminate something essential about the life we are becoming. Today, as Mercury turns retrograde in the mysterious depths of Scorpio, this relationship between memory, time, and the evolution of our soul comes beautifully into focus. Mercury now appears to move backward across our sky from Earth’s perspective, a celestial phenomenon long associated with revisiting unfinished matters and discovering what we may have overlooked.

There is something almost magical about the way Divine Intelligence allows certain truths to emerge only when the right moment arrives. An old memory suddenly carries a different meaning. A conversation from years ago returns with unexpected clarity. Something we thought was finished begins showing us another dimension of its story. Perhaps nothing has changed in the past itself. What has changed is the consciousness through which we are finally able to see it.

And this is where Scorpio’s deeper mysteries come alive. Beneath the familiar stories of our lives, there are hidden connections, forgotten gifts, and pieces of wisdom that were never truly lost. They were simply waiting for us to become ready to recognize them. Sometimes the universe brings something back not because we belong to the past, but because a piece of our future is still hidden within it. There is a beautiful intelligence in this sacred timing, as if different moments of our earthly journey are connected by invisible threads that gradually come into view as our awareness expands.

This Mercury retrograde continues until November 13, carrying us through the mysterious All Hallows’ Eve threshold of October 31 and the approaching 11/11 alignment. These coming weeks open a fascinating passage between remembrance and renewed understanding, as we move closer to the Master 11 Universal Year of 2027. What once seemed disconnected may begin to make sense. Ordinary moments may acquire an unexpected significance. And perhaps some experiences we have carried for years are finally finding their rightful place within a much larger story of spiritual evolution.

With the Full Moon approaching and the Moon traveling through fiery Aries, there is also a sense of movement within this deeper landscape. Not every returning memory asks us to reopen a door. Some simply arrive to illuminate what we could not see before. Perhaps one of the greatest mysteries of consciousness is that we can revisit the same moment in our hearts and discover an entirely different truth. Revisiting is not regressing. Sometimes it is revelation. And sometimes the wisdom we recover becomes the very light that guides our next steps.

THE FIRE HORSE IS NOT FINISHED WITH US YET 🐎🔥 FROM THE 1 UNIVERSAL YEAR TO THE MASTER 11 FREQUENCY OF 2027 ✨ OCTOBER 23, 2026

Dear friends, as we move through the final months of 2026, a fascinating spiritual story is beginning to reveal itself. We are living through the rare Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful symbol of movement, freedom, courage, and awakening. And remarkably, 2026 also carries the numerological vibration of a 1 Universal Year, associated with new beginnings, independence, and the birth of a fresh cycle. Two ancient symbolic languages seem to be speaking about the same journey: the courage to step beyond what we have known and begin creating something new.

But another beautiful chapter is already appearing on the horizon. In February 2027, the Chinese lunar calendar welcomes the Fire Goat, bringing a more inward, creative, and nurturing expression of the fire element. And 2027 carries the vibration of a Master 11 Universal Year, traditionally associated with heightened intuition, spiritual illumination, and a deeper connection with unseen dimensions of life. Within this sacred interpretation, the movement from the Fire Horse to the Fire Goat feels like a passage from awakening our individual power toward learning how to live in greater harmony with Divine Intelligence.

Perhaps many of us can recognize the Fire Horse’s symbolism in our experience of 2026. Familiar directions may have changed, unexpected possibilities may have appeared, and parts of our lives may no longer feel quite the same. Yet these movements are not simply about disruption. They may be revealing capacities, desires, and expressions of our soul that had remained unexplored. The 1 Universal Year reminds us of the sacred importance of becoming more fully ourselves, even when that journey carries us beyond familiar terrain.

And here lies a beautiful realization: the fire that helped you break free may not be the same fire that helps you build your new life. The Fire Horse and Universal 1 invite us to awaken our courage and claim a new direction. The approaching Fire Goat and Master 11 suggest a different possibility: allowing what we have discovered to mature into wisdom, compassion, creativity, and deeper spiritual connection. Perhaps the next chapter will ask for less struggle to become and more grace in learning how to be.

As the remaining months of 2026 unfold, there is no need to rush this transition. The Fire Horse still has part of its journey ahead, and some of its most meaningful gifts may still be waiting to emerge. Notice what this year has awakened within you that deserves to be carried forward. Some freedoms are asking to become peace. Some discoveries are asking to become a way of life. And some new beginnings may be preparing us for connections and possibilities we cannot yet fully imagine.

It feels like time has moved a lot faster this year and it’s about to speed up some more with Christmas coming.

This means our attention is going to pulled even more than it has been.

To counteract that and maintain our own control of our attention we need to slow down and connect with what truly matters in our own hearts.

FEMININE FLOW | A Day Retreat to Remember, Reclaim & Reconnect
