💜 OCTOBER IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH 💜

This October, we’re taking a stand against domestic and family violence and helping raise awareness of an issue that affects individuals, families and communities.

Domestic violence is never okay, and it is never the victim-survivor’s fault. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, valued and free from fear in their own home and relationships. 💜

Awareness can help break the silence. By starting conversations, listening without judgement and supporting those who may be experiencing violence, we can help create a community where people feel safe to speak up and seek support.

This month, let’s remind each other that you are not alone, you are worthy of respect, and help is available. 🫶

🎀 OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎀

This October, we’re raising awareness and showing our support for everyone affected by breast cancer. 💗

Breast cancer can affect anyone, which is why awareness, regular checks and early detection are so important. Take the time to know your body, attend recommended screenings and speak with your healthcare professional if you notice any changes.

This month is also about remembering those we have lost, supporting those currently going through treatment, celebrating survivors and standing beside their families, friends and loved ones. 🩷

Let’s wear pink, start conversations, spread awareness and remind the people we love to look after themselves. 🎀🌸
