Happy World Pharmacist Day to our incredible team! 🌍💊👩🏻‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️

A huge thank you also to Sigma for the sweet surprise — our pharmacists absolutely deserve it and so much more. 🍬🧡

Claudia and Vicky are just two of the amazing faces working hard every day to keep our community healthy, happy, and looked after. 💪

We are so grateful for our super hero pharmacists Vicky, Claudia, Henry, Sharon, Gary, Annabelle and Peter. 🩵

To every pharmacist out there — today is your day. 👏

💍 Last week, our very own Henry swapped his white coat for a wedding suit — and we couldn’t be more thrilled for him! 🤍

Henry and his beautiful partner Amie tied the knot, with their adorable daughter right by their side to make it the most perfect day. 🥹👨‍👩‍👧

The Amcal Putney crew flew up to Brisbane to celebrate — and what a celebration it was. So much love, so much joy, and maybe a few happy tears. 🥂✈️

Henry, from all of us and the entire Putney community — congratulations! You deserve every bit of happiness. 💛

👋 He’s already back behind the counter (no rest for the wicked 😆) — so pop in, pick up your scripts, and give him a big congratulations in person. We know he’d love to see you! 🙌

💬 Drop a ❤️ below to congratulate the happy couple.

Did you know there’s a new option available severe allergic reactions? 💉➡️👃

Nefy is a nasal spray alternative to the EpiPen, now listed on the PBS — meaning it’s subsidised for eligible patients in Australia.

Whether Nefy is right for you is a conversation to have with your doctor first. But if you’ve been prescribed it, we have it available right here at Amcal Putney Pharmacy. 🩵

Our pharmacists are always happy to answer your questions — just pop in or give us a call.

💬 Have questions about Nefy or anaphylaxis management? Drop them in the comments below or come see us in store.

Chesty or dry — do you actually know which cough you have? 🤧
Most people reach for the first thing they see on the shelf — but the wrong cough medicine can actually make things worse. 😬

Our pharmacist Gary breaks it down so you know exactly what to look for and what to use.

💊 Chesty cough? You need an expectorant to loosen the mucus.
🌬️ Dry cough? You need a suppressant to calm the reflex.

Not sure which one you have? Come in and ask us. That’s exactly what we’re here for. 🙌

We’re your local, trusted health professionals — and cold & flu season is our busiest time for a reason. No appointment needed to see our pharmacists, just walk in.

👇 Drop a 🤧 below if you’ve been hit by the winter cold this year!
