It’s absolutely worth overcoming any hesitations around a Watsu session!

I went from overcoming my fear of it.. something to do with the water, to being held lovingly by it (the water, the session modality, and Nicole’s very nurturing self)

Because I work deeply on the healing realm, a lot unraveled in the days after… which if you’re listening and paying attention, it can for you too.

Truly recommend this if you are near or passing through Sawtell. It’s a worthwhile stop.

Aquatic Bodywork is a dream for pregnant Mamas.

It involves wearing floats to feel weightless, gentle stretches using water resistance, shiatsu point work. Letting go into allowing your body to be moved like this is a profound way of preparing for birth.

The water is warm, free of all chemicals, and I've been working with women in the field of inner work for birth prep for 16 years.

Based in Sawtell, bookings are open from Sept onwards.

Once a month I offer a group session for 2 couples, guiding the non birthing partner in how to offer a gentle massage to the pregnant Mother. Next Couples Connection session is Sept 12.

I'm celebrating the creation of a new offering, that I am THRILLED with. A coming together of many aspects of my work for the last 20 years, into a lush, heart full experience.

On Mother's Day I held my first group session in my (heated, chem free, mineralised) pool, for pregnant couples.

A beautiful offering shared with me in a recent 'Watsu 4 Pregnancy' training at Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India

Where the non birthing partner is guided in giving to the pregnant Mama. It was nothing short of DIVINE - with both couples emerging super chilled, bonded, and oozing oxytocin! All totally helpful states of being for their upcoming births.

Whilst I'm packing down the pool for the colder months now, I've decided to run these sessions on the 2nd Sunday of each month, from Oct 11 thru to next May.

As I can only work w 2 couples at once, booking in advance will be necessary.
